At Incarnate, we want to bring you the best possible care. What we offer is very unique and caters to the patient that is ready to learn and grow and heal. Therefore, we avoid being preferred providers which are largely selected randomly through a list of names. We will gladly print you a bill which you can send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement under your out of network chiropractic coverage. We will also submit Medicare claims for adjustments only. Chiropractic office visits are not covered by Medicare.
Payment is expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that we may offer your appointment to someone else.
